The Supervisors of the Checklist for the Town of Sharon will meet on Friday October 25 from 7-7:30 for the purpose of making any corrections to the Checklist and registering new voters. It is also the last time registered voters may change their party affiliation prior to the Presidential Primary.
Tim and Candice Connor, 80 Spring Hill Road, have requested a variance from the Sharon Zoning Ordinances. The Connors wish to make an addition to an existing building that is located within the 100" setback from Spring Hill Road. The addition would be on the rear of the building, so no portion of the new construction would be closer to the road than the current structure.
The Sharon Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet to consider the request on Thursday, October 17, 2019, 5:30 PM at the Sharon Meeting House.
The eligible members of the Sharon Board of Selectmen will be meeting on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at the Sharon Meeting House at 12:00 pm, for the purpose of appointing a new member to the Select Board.

Kazanovicz, 465 Turnpike Road (NH Route 124), Sharon, New Hampshire have made
application to install a freestanding Solar Panel Collection System on their property
[Map 6, Lot 20]. Their application will be reviewed by the Sharon Planning
Board in accordance with Article XXVI: Solar
Collection Systems of the Sharon Zoning and Building Ordinance.
The Public Hearing is scheduled for 6:00
PM, Tuesday July 9, 2019 at the Sharon Meetinghouse.
The Sharon Select Board will be meeting on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the Sharon Meeting House at 4:00 pm to discuss and vote on an abatement settlement for Eversource (PSNH) covering the tax years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018.
The Sharon Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 5:30 PM on Thursday, May 16, 2019 to hear an appeal of an administrative decision submitted by Timothy Groesbeck, 291 Spring Hill Road.
Mr. Groesbeck has installed two concrete foundations on his property. The Selectmen have determined that the foundations are "structures" as defined in the Sharon Zoning Ordinances and that neither foundation meets setback requirements. Mr. Groesbeck did not seek a variance prior to either installation. As a result, the Selectmen are requiring that the foundations be removed.
The Sharon Conservation Commission will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2019
at 220 Mountain Road, Sharon, beginning at 3:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is to do a site walk of the proposed dredging/maintenance of a man-made pond at that residential location, also to review and sign, if approved, the NHDES Wetlands Permit Application pertaining to this project.
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of RSA 47:18 that the Select Board of the Town of Sharon, NH will hold a public meeting at the Sharon Meeting House, 432 NH Rte 123 in Sharon at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 to consider the adoption of an Ordinance forbidding the placement of snow or ice on town highways except for limited purposes.
The 2019 budget hearing for the Town of Sharon will be held on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at the Sharon Meeting House. The budget hearing will begin at 5:30 pm. The regular Selectmen’s meeting will begin at the close of the budget hearing. All residents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
The filing period for Sharon Town Office Positions begins January 23, 2019, through February 1, 2019. File at the Sharon Town Clerk's Office during regular hours (Tuesdays 4 to 7 PM). The office will be open on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 3 PM to 5 PM for filing.

The Sharon, NH Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on Thursday, February 7, 2019. The hearing will be held at the Sharon Meeting House beginning at 5:30 PM.
The Board will consider a Request for Variance submitted by Timothy Groesbeck, 291 Spring Hill Road. Mr. Groesbeck wishes to build a structure (storage barn) approximately 32 feet from Spring Hill Road; the setback requirements specified in the Sharon Zoning Ordinance is 100 feet. The structure would measure 28 feet by 56 feet.
