Selectmen - Change of Meeting Days

The Sharon Selectmen will return to meeting on the First and Third Tuesday's of the month beginning in May. Meetings will continue to begin at 5:30PM.

Selectmen Special Meeting – 2016-04-13

The Selectmen will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, April 13^th at 5:30pm to accept the resignation of the Town Clerk/Tax Collector and to make appointments.

Conservation Commission - Special Meeting Canceled

The Sharon Conservation Commission special meeting scheduled for 10:00AM Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 191 Jarmany Hill Road, Sharon has been cancelled. 

Zoning Board of Adjustment

The Sharon, NH Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing on two cases on Thursday, April 28, 2016.  The hearing will be held at the Sharon Meeting House beginning at 5:00 pm.

Case 2016-1.   A driveway constructed in 2011 on parcel 3-28C (intersection of NH Route 123 and Nashua Road) has been found to encroach on the 75’ setback from wetlands.  The owner of the parcel, San-Ken Homes, Inc., has requested a variance to allow the driveway to remain in place.

Case 2016-2.  The septic system for the residence at 92 Mill Road (parcel 6-27) has failed.  The proposed location of the replacement leach field encroaches on a side setback and, although the proposed location of the tank meets state requirements for setback from a well, the location does not meet the more strict town setback requirements.  A variance is being requested to allow the replacement installation to be made as proposed.
