Zoning Board of Adjustment
The Sharon Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 5:30 pm to hear two cases brought by Dustin Krook. The hearings will be held at the Sharon Meeting House, 432 Route 123.
Mr. Krook owns property on the east side of Spring Hill Road, immediately north of Mill Road and the Gridley River. Through recent action by the Sharon Planning Board, that property has been subdivided into two separate lots, currently designated as Map 4/Lots 25-1 and 25-2.
Mr. Krook wishes to build homes on the two lots, but in both cases, the location of the proposed structure is less than 100’ from Spring Hill Road, the setback required in the Sharon Zoning Ordinances. Mr. Krook is requesting variances to allow construction of the two homes.
