The following is an addition to the agenda for the Zoning Board of Adjustment hearing scheduled for Thursday, December 6, 7:00 PM at the Sharon Meeting House.
The Board is tentatively scheduled to consider an application to
replace a failed septic system at 212 Temple Road. Although the proposed
location of the septic is further away from property lines and the road
(Temple Road) than the current system, it would still be within the 75 foot
setback as required in the Sharon Zoning Ordinances (IV:B:1).

The Sharon Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 6, 2012 to consider an application for a variance submitted by Pam and Alan Everson, 389 Jarmany Hill Road. The applicants wish to place a new septic system and leach field within the 75 foot setback from roadways as required by the Sharon Zoning Ordinances (IV:B:1).
