Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:7 that a public hearing will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 7:00 PM. at the Sharon Meeting House, 432 NH Route 123, to consider an application for Special Exception for Earth Excavation submitted by San-Ken Homes, Inc., 586 Turnpike Road, New Ipswich, NH 03071.  The applicant proposes to construct a private driveway on parcel 3-38C.

Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that an application for lot line adjustment filed by Donald W. and Cynthia P. Burgess (Map 6, Lot 8) and Raymond A. and Elizabeth A. Nieuwenhuizen (Map 6, Lot 8A) will be submitted to the Planning Board on June 14, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Sharon Meeting House during a regular meeting of the Board.

The applicants propose to transfer approximately five (5) acres of parcel Map 6, Lot 8 to Map 6, Lot 8A resulting in greater protection of privacy for the owners of Map 6, Lot 8A.

Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets submission requirements, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately.  Should a decision not be reached at the meeting, the application will remain on the Board’s agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved.
